These terms cover your use of Ortivo, an AI app builder run by [YOUR NAME] in Ontario, Canada ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You log in with your email. Keep access to that email private; anyone with it can log in as you.
You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree for you and manage any payments.

Plans and payments

Building apps needs a paid plan. Plans renew automatically every month or year until you cancel.
Each plan includes a number of builds per month and a number of apps. Unused builds don't roll over.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
You can cancel any time from your Account page. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email.

Your apps

You own the apps you build with Ortivo and can use them however you like, including selling them.
Apps are written by AI. Check that your app works and is safe before you publish it or rely on it.
You are responsible for your app, its store listing and following each app store's rules.

What you can't build

Apps that deceive people, impersonate a real company or person, or collect passwords or payment details under false pretences.
Apps that collect personal data without clear consent, harass people, or break any law.
Anything that breaks the usage policies of our AI provider, Anthropic.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules, without a refund.

Limits of our responsibility

Ortivo is provided as it is. We work to keep it running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll email you before it takes effect.
